Mploy Staffing Solutions are delighted to announce that we have been awarded We invest in people, platinum accreditation by Investors In People.
Platinum is the highest level of accreditation possible to achieve on the We invest in people accreditation. And is something only 2% of organisations achieve.
It highlights that our policies and practices around supporting people are embedded in every corner of the business. At Mploy, everyone – from the founders to an administrator – knows they have a part to play in the company doing well and we are always looking for ways to improve.
Mploy ranked second in the sector, out of 46 organisations, and overall 30th from a field of 1,700 organisations.
