Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to find a full time & permanent Account Manager to join our highly valued client in Honiton, Devon.
Why should you be interested? Our client is offering:

  • on target earnings (OTE) of £27,000 to £32,000 PA, with a guaranteed commission floor, details available on request.

  • daily hours of 0830hrs to 1630hrs with a 1500hrs finish on Fridays! Our client is offering 36-hour contracts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

  • have a student mentality, are motivated by smashing targets/maximising earnings and want to learn. Our client isn’t necessarily looking for sales experience or industry experience but rather a candidate with a ‘get up and go’ attitude who wants to learn. Don’t worry full training will be provided and you won’t be left to ‘work it out’, our client’s highly experienced Team Leaders will be with you every step of the way in teaching you their sales cycle, their industry and account management skills.
  • relish targeting new suppliers with proactive prospecting using a variety of outreach platforms.
  • can manage supplier service objections & close deals.
  • are interested in buying & shipping large volumes of electronic component product/SKUs across the world. You’ll also process Request for Quotes from our client’s buyer network.
  • are expert organisers who can provide import/export documentation to third parties. Expect to also liaise with suppliers and buyers across multiple time zones
  • are team players who can assist with QC queries. Expect to work closely with another Account Manager & Team Leader in a table team of three.
  • want to be a great negotiators. Expect to negotiate the lowest possible purchase price alongside the highest possible sale price with suppliers & buyers respectively. You’ll love to hustle and flip!
  • are ideally interested in electronic products, computer parts etc.
  • are IT savvy. Expect to use our client’s CRM, Excel spreadsheets (cells & basic formulas) & the wider MS Office package daily.
  • are articulate communicators with a good command of the English language. Speak a 2nd language? Although not an essential, our client will be very interested!
