Mploy are pleased to be supporting a local business in the recruitment of a Contracts and Tenders Officer. This is a crucial role within the team, it is a busy, detail orientated administration position with customer and client contact.
You will be:
· Confident within MS Office suite, accurately handling and processing data.
· In Administrative management of contracts and tender responses
· Provide company & contract analytics, KPIs and reporting
· Preparation of product and pricing responses to tenders in conjunction with Product Management and Key Account Management as appropriate
· Proactive management of framework agreements, contracts and pricing including annual indexation
· Administrative and logistical support of other managed service contracts as required.
· Responsible for monitoring for publication of tenders relevant to the company
· Responsible for supporting coordination of tender responses with relevant divisions and for subsequent on-time submission
· Responsible for maintenance of company product listings on e-commerce platforms
· Responsible for customer price file management; including customer price lists, customer quotes, and customer catalogue updates
· Supporting coordination between internal stakeholders on the annual list price review and publication process
· Support the company with data analysis and reporting as/when required, for example, in response to customer data requests.
This position would suit someone from a strong Administration background with customer or client contact.
Based in Eastleigh, this position is office based.
Salary Circa £32K Depending on Experience.
