For training – Days – 06:00 to 16:00 Mon to Fri 4 days over 5.
After training Nights – 16:00 to 02:00 Mon to Thurs.
Overtime available at 1.5x
MPLOY are seeking a Machine operator to work for a rapidly growing manufacturing business.
You will need to be able to work day shift for a period of weeks for training, before transferring to work long term on night shift. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidates.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety protocols.
You will need to be able to:
• Regularly lift product and material – be used to a manual job
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Embrace and adhere to the health and safety protocols and food safety culture of the business
• Maintain an organized and clean working environment
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment
