MPLOY are seeking someone with previous training or teaching experience for a new permanent part time position based in Taunton, with travel to other locations as required.
The role is hybrid (60% home 40% office split), and the company can offer flexibility on days and times, with a contract available between 22.5 and 30 hours per week.

The position is part of the HR team, and will involve the following: creating and delivering training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options. Developing induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees, managing apprenticeship schemes and career pathway schemes. You’ll Identify training and development needs via job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and the Ops Team. You’ll plan and assess the ROI of any training or development programme, monitor the training budget, review the monthly expenditure reports and report any overspends or predicted overspends to the HRBP and Operations Team.
To be considered for this role, you will need proven experience in a learning and development environment, ideally within the healthcare sector (not essential but desirable). You’ll have experience using digital platforms and systems, strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to travel to other business sites when needed (4 other SW sites, one in the Midlands).
