The key elements of the role are:
1.Entering emailed and telephoned orders into our Business Central (BC) computer system in an accurate and timely manner and communicating the orders to relevant members of the business
2.Contacting customers for sales orders and any service-related issues
3.Entering third party Supplier despatch information into our BC system in a timely manner
4.Provide Planning back-up to the Cheese planner for holidays
5.Maintaining Customer admin (new customers, new ship to locations and sales pricing etc.) in our BC system and providing sales support information to our Commercial team
The role requires a team player and suits someone who is computer literate with an analytical mind, who is pro-active and able to communicate effectively within a small team, the business as a whole and with external customers.
