Our client based in Lymington has an immediate requirement for a production operative to join their busy double day shift.
This is a role based in the 1st stage manufacturing department supporting the machine operators and production teams, you will be required to palletise the product as it comes off the machine, use a pallet truck to move the product on to the production lines or into storage areas and help with a variety of other manual tasks as required. There may well be other ancillary manufacturing tasks for you to do from time to time as well.
This a temporary to permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift pattern of Earlies and Lates. The early shift hours are 06:00 am till 14:00 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 06:00 am till 11:00 am (Fri) and the late shift hours are 14:00 pm till 22:00 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 11:00 am till 16:00 pm (Fri).
Starting pay rate of £11.90 per hour.
The work is in a remote location, so own transport is essential. This is a heavy and physically demanding industrial environment.
