Our client based in Fordingbridge has an immediate requirement for a Production Operatives to join their busy and fast-growing manufacturing team.
The role will initially require you to assist in all ways around the factory by moving materials, keeping the work areas clean and tidy, helping with loading, unloading delivery vans / lorries, and doing some wrapping and basic assembly.
The company are hoping to identify applicants who want to stay with them for a long period of time and undertake work-based training to learn a trade, this could be in stores, fabrication or machine operating amongst other things.
Applicants will ideally have recent experience of working in a factory / warehouse environment however we will consider people with other labouring / practical experience. The most important requirement is that you can get to work in Fordingbridge every day and that you have a good attendance record at work.
This is a full-time role requiring an immediate start, it is offered on a temporary to permanent basis. Starting pay rate will be £11.44 to £12.00 per hour dependent on experience and skill set. Standard 42-hour week working Monday to Thursday 08:00 am till 17:00 pm / Friday 08:00 am till 16:30 pm. Overtime available paid at the standard rate.
