You will need to be someone who would like to work in production or manufacturing, ideally having previous experience of using machines to make product. If you have a mechanical background of any sort, then we find this often suits the company well. You’ll need to be comfortable with technology and be comfortable carrying out regular product quality checks, and have a track record of successfully working a fixed night shift.

The job is based quite rurally, so having your own transport is required. The work is on a fixed night shift, Monday to Thursday 22:00 – 06:10 and Friday 20:30– 03.40.

We are looking for people with manufacturing experience, who can be trained to operate and adjust machinery. We want people who care about doing a good job, and who can be flexible to spend some of their time doing packing, and some of their time doing mechanical assembly.
