Quality Manager

The role will ensure compliance with all Quality procedures, and the maintenance of all Quality standards, including the achievement of other standards as required
You’ll have a team of people who report to you, comprising a Quality Engineer, an administrator and 2 x inspectors – you’ll report to the MD with regular open communication.
The role will include quality reporting, customer quality (corrective actions and CI), QMS management (ISO/IATF/AS & NADCAP), NPI, Calibration and general Health & Safety contribution.
You’ll need to be a confident and proactive person that can influence and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders, with the technical experience to be able to interpret and manage multiple quality standards.
The role requires 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, and the company offer a flexible approach to making sure that your job and your life remains compatible.
