Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6.30am 3.00pm including 1 x 30 minutes breaks per day
Role Definition:
You will be working as part of the Engineering team to ensure the needs of the business are met in a timely and effective manner according to the specification. You will be part of a fast paced, proactive team responsible for looking after the grounds and provide support activities to site facility maintenance management function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recording of daily meter readings and report through the correct channels
• Maintain and manage water skid, water softener, air compressors and boilers
• Maintain site drainage and report any issues to the Engineering Manager
• Cover effluent plant engineer
• General building Maintenance duties
• Carry out Grass cutting and gardening
• Repairs and maintenance of site facilities in a timely and controlled manner
• Reactive fault finding & rectification to breakdowns
• Carry out the recording and analysing of data
• Responsible for site enhancement and image
• Carry out all tasks in a safe manner in accordance with attached H&S responsibilities
