Mploy are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Fareham this is a permanent position. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for performing a range of warehouse duties. This is a fast paced and physical position to include heavy lifting and moving stock. You will be working in a small team with a two week shift rotation Monday to Friday.
Two weeks A.M shift (5am-2pm)
Two weeks P.M shift (1.30pm-10.30pm)

Responsibilities
• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock
• Manage, organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse
• Package and ship orders to customers
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Forklift certification would be beneficial not essential.

Based in Fareham, Own transport is beneficial due to the late shift finish time.
Starting Salary £24K + Bonus’s
