James has recently joined Mploy as a Branch Manager for the brand-new Taunton office. He brings with him over 15 years’ recruitment experience across the engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors. James has particular experience in supplying permanent and temporary workforce solutions to the food industry and is a champion of the Stronger Together initiative. He previously worked for another local recruitment company and has a very good understanding of the Somerset labour market, loving nothing more than partnering with local businesses to solve their recruitment challenges.
Having recently “hung up his boots”, in his spare time James can be found chasing his two sports mad children around the county as they take part in football, rugby, gymnastics and cricket. James also enjoys raising money for charity, and has a passion for running, having completed multiple marathons, including an incredible 69 mile Ultra marathon.
