Jon Raine

As Regional Operations Director, Jon looks after the day-to-day running of the Christchurch and Poole offices and so has full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations, business development, setting monthly/annual targets and managing/training the branch teams for both branches. As Head of Permanent recruitment, he also oversees the perm activity across the business, setting targets, driving performance and helping the teams achieve their individual and combined goals.
Jon has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years working in the care, hospitality and industrial sectors and has been with Mploy since June 2024. Jon prides himself on always delivering on promises and service commitments and in providing the highest levels of customer service.
