Kat is a strategic business manager with experience in providing recruitment and HR related solutions. She has an in-depth understanding of commercial market, industry standards and the recruitment processes with over 20 years within the industry and with Mploy. Kat comes from a legal background but her passion for business has made her focus her career around fast-paced recruitment sector. Recently promoted to Managing Director role, Kat provides leadership to the whole business on performance, growth and business directions, customer relationships, clients contracts, compliance and legal regulations, tackling modern slavery in supply chains and immigration. Kat is a member of Association of Labour Provider members’ council, Stronger Together Business Partner Advanced and represents company in relations with external bodies such as GLAA and Sedex.
When not working she can be found at her son’s music concerts, painting, walking, or powerlifting.
