We Passed With Flying Colours

Mploy Christchurch were recently audited when the ethical trading division of Sainsbury’s visited the Double H Nurseries site in New Milton to carry out a spot audit.
As part of the audit process 5 of our candidates were interviewed onsite by the auditors for their feedback about the on-boarding process at Double H and subsequent help & training provided. Mploy were asked by the auditors to provide documentary evidence for each of the workers to evidence that we had carried out all necessary eligibility to work checks (copies of passports and ID’s), we had supplied the candidates with a full assignment brief (Starter Pack), that statutory paperwork had been provided and signed (copies of application card inserts) and that we were paying the legal minimums in terms of pay and holidays (copy payslips provided).
We are pleased to advise that Mploy passed the audit with no non-conformances, and during the course of the audit received some very positive feedback from the temporary workers about the on-boarding process at Double H and the subsequent help and support they have received during the course of their assignments.
