Working Hours
When working as a temp, you get to pick your working hours! Make work fit around your social life, not the other way around. We offer Flexible working hours, with a variety of shifts available in most of the roles we offer.
Great Pay Rates
In all the positions we have available, we work hard to try and offer the most competitive pay rates and benefits. Ensuring you are suitably rewarded for the hard work you are doing.
Weekly Pay
You get paid on a weekly basis for the hours you work by our own in-house Payroll team.
By keeping the payroll function inhouse, we keep control of maintaining high levels of service delivery, to ensure our temporary workers are paid on time and accurately.
We have a very high level of pay accuracy, but on the rare occasions errors are made, we are able to rectify them quickly and efficiently.
In House Training Academy
We have a fantastic training academy which provides all areas of training. Whether that’s industrial, warehouse, healthcare, nursing, the list goes on. You will have access to all of this if necessary.

We have a total of 8 offices across the South Coast of England, all of our offices are in great easy access locations. Each office has a highly experienced team on hand to support you through your recruitment journey; we have a great internal staff retention rate, so you can also be sure consistency of contact.

With our experienced Recruitment consultants on hand, we can help with all stages of recruitment, from helping you write a CV to preparing for an interview giving you our best advice for a successful outcome.
When we recruit our temporary staff, we insist on face to face registration so we can get to know you and fully understand your needs to enable us to find the roles and shifts that are perfect for you. We also provide detailed interview / assignment confirmations for you to make the first day onboarding process as easy as possible.
Multilingual Consultants
We are fortunate to have a number of multilingual staff across our branch network who can be on hand to assist people who don’t have English as their first language.
The languages we can cover include (but are not limited to) Romanian, Polish, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Russian and Portuguese.
